Most of us suffer from back pain at least for once in our life. We always start to notice and do something about the pain only when it came to the point of the pain being unbearable. Humans are such that they don’t feel that something is of that importance or there is no need to take action until really when we have no choice.

Back pain is irritating and one suffers from discomfort all the time. I myself suffered from back pain and I really don’t like the feeling. You just want to lie down all day and do nothing because you can’t really move with that pain in the back. I took some actions to fight off the back pain monster as I really do not want to torture myself again. I discovered some good ways to soothe the pain and they worked!

Here are 5 great tips to kill that back pain:

1. Lie down on your stomach and with your back exposed, put an ice pack on the areas which are painful. Leave the ice pack on the back for 3 to 5 minutes will do. This temporary relieves the pain.

2. Same thing lying down on your tummy and have someone gently massage your back over the areas which are painful. This helps blood circulation and lessen the tension in the muscles.

3. If you are sitting down put a cushion behind your back. This helps to support your lower back. Sit fully into the chair and don’t slough. Sit in an upright position and as straight as you can keep your back up.

4. Feeling better from the pain you can do some simple back exercises to strengthen the muscles. Lying down on your tummy with arms by your side, do some simple leg lifts to strengthen your lower back. Lift one leg up and hold it for 10 seconds then change to the other leg. After that lift both legs and hold for 10 seconds. Do 3 to 5 sets each. Regular practice will strengthen the back and back pain will be gone!

5. For relieving upper back pain lift both arms up in the air and interlocking the fingers. Next just turn the palms out stretching both arms in the air and feel the sides of your armpits being pulled. The upper back benefits from the stretching and back pain will lessen in no time.

Do not ever dismiss back pain as doing so might cost you long term damage instead.
By doing simple exercises daily for the back helps to strengthen the muscles and the bone structure and the pain disappears almost instantaneously! I totally felt the difference after one week! Now you have the choice to kill that back pain monster or let it climb over you! So I would encourage all of you to just try out the 5 tips and wishing you back pain gone forever!
