Complex combinations of food and raw food recipes are time consuming to prepare and extremely difficult to digest, so I choose to keep my diet very simple. I enjoy a low-fat, raw vegan diet consisting mostly of monomeals, so the following meal plan may seem a bit bland for you. As you progress on your raw journey, however, you will appreciate and even desire more simple meals. Remember, be kind to your body—transition at your own pace.
Just Desserts, Pudding Recipes Galore

We are a pudding family. There is something satisfying about the word pudding. It brings connotations of comfort, of tastebud-tantalising things, rich and luscious. Dessert suggests something elegant, delicate, restrained - a sweet mouthful to finish off a meal. Dessert just doesn’t do it for me.
Our family goes in for puddings for special occasions and Sunday lunches. We don’t have them every day, so when we do, we want it all: comforting over-indulgence at its best – no refined twiddles of patisserie here, though we don’t do the steamed, stodgy stuff either. We have a number of recipes that are firm family favourites and have to be considered and a waiting list of recipes from cookbooks to try - so puddings oust the main course as the focus of debate and decision-making.

The Salad
Today Thanksgiving is celebrated in the United States.
I wish everyone, every where, a great day.
We should always be grateful for our life and our blessings, everyday of the year.
I believe we should be grateful everyday for Mother Nature bountiful gifts.
She provides our food, our drinks, our health and the happiness to enjoy nature everyday.
This is why I choose today to celebrate with a salad.
It can be refreshing, it can be spicy, or it can be sweet.
It can be very nutritious, a whole meal in a plate.
And it helps manage our weight easily.
